1. Booking Confirmation:
   • A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified booking deposit or full payment, as per the chosen payment option.
2. Payment:
   • A booking deposit of 50% of the total  amount is required to secure the reservation.
   • The remaining balance must be paid the day of the service from deposit, credit card or in cash.
   • For last-minute bookings, full deposit payment is required at the time of booking.

• Booking Deposit: Due immediately to secure your reservation.

1. Cancellation Policy:
   • • Cancellations made 8 days or more before the service date will receive a 100% refund of the total deposit amount, excluding the payment gateway fee.
     • Cancellations made within 4 days of the service date will receive a 50% refund of the total deposit amount, excluding the payment gateway fee.
     • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date deposit amount are non-refundable.
